Registration Fees
Please send us your contact detail (name, full address, email) via email to b.erovic@ekhwien.at and transfer the participation fee (300.- or  800,- € incl. 20% vat for lectures only, or 1600,- € incl. 20% vat  for lectures and live surgery incl. specimen to the following account:

Your participation will be confirmed only after receiving full payment.
Please make sure all wire charges are paid. We do not accept cash or credit card payments.
After in-payment we will send you further information via email.

Cancellation
Please notice that we can only accept written cancellations sent by e-mail. For cancellations from 4 weeks before the start of the event, the entire course fee will be refunded. Afterwards the entire participation fee will be charged. A processing fee of € 20.- will be charged for each cancellation. We accept – without additional costs – a spare participant. Please consider that by means of timely cancellation (especially in the case of booked events), you can enable other interested parties to participate in the workshop that would otherwise be rejected due to lack of space. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event at short notice if there is insufficient number of participants. Payments already made will be refunded.
